Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the JLTM Web Services website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
JLTM Web Services provides website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for project completion
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Pay invoices according to agreed-upon terms
- Ensure they have rights to all content provided for use on their website
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the start of each service period.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website designs and content created specifically for their project. JLTM Web Services retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
JLTM Web Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Warranty
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. We will correct any defects in our work reported within 30 days of project completion at no additional charge.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Williamson County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
